Returns & Refunds:

If you have received a faulty product from SpaceBeams, firstly we’re very sorry for this, and we will of course immediately offer you a choice of a full refund or replacement on us. We fully stand behind our products and you can rest assured you’re in safe hands when ordering with us.

If you purchased a paint direct from us at and have not used or opened it (the tamper-evident seal is not broken and the product is in original condition), and are within 14 days of your purchase date*, then we can gladly accept returns for a refund minus original shipping. Please note, for unwanted returns, return shipping back to us must be covered by the customer.

We must also state that due to paint being a consumable product, we are unfortunately unable to accept unwanted returns when the product is not faulty and has been opened (tamper-evident seal is broken). We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
