Glow In The Dark Paint – Pink With Bright Orange Glow

Nebula by SpaceBeams is a non-toxic highly concentrated glow in the dark paint which uses top grade strontium aluminate pigments in durable & ultra-adhesive acrylic solution. One strong charge can create glows that last hours!

For best results, common to all glow in the dark paints, apply thickly (ideally 2mm+), preferably on lighter backgrounds, and charge for a few seconds with a strong light source (ideally a UV flashlight or direct sunlight).
Nebula glows brightly whether wet or dry. However, for use outdoors it’s best to varnish over as this will protect it from moisture degradation. Once dried, Nebula lasts longest on hard, rigid surfaces. Not recommended for skin and hair.
We formulate SpaceBeams paints to be thick for maximum glows. This gives you the option to retain that thickness, or for more detail orientated work when a thinner consistency is required, you can thin it with water as desired. Be sure to only add one drop of water at a time because Nebula can thin quickly.
Nebula can be cleaned easily with soapy water. However the paint dries quickly, so don’t leave brushes out for long without rinsing them.
In general Nebula will dry within 30-60 minutes. However, very thick applications may need longer than an hour.
Nebula can be charged up repeatedly for at least 10 years, and likely many more, without loss of glow performance!

Top Tip - UV Light
UV light is far superior at charging glow in the dark paint than standard home-lighting. So exposure to sun light will make a huge difference to the glow effect. If sunlight is limited where you’ve painted, a strong UV flashlight will also work very well with just 15-30 seconds exposure being enough to create bright and long-lasting glows.
Top Tip - Varnish
Varnish over your glow in the dark paint with a clear-coat when using it outside. SpaceBeams paints can hold up relatively well against rain by itself once dried, however varnishing over will help further protect your handy work from the elements and make it last as long as possible outdoors. As long as you pick a clear varnish, the glow will not be effected either!
