View all our shipping options below… For even the smallest order of just one item, we offer a free shipping option to the UK and Europe!

Shipping is split in to two weight categories; one for order weights below 1kg (2.2 lbs) and another when order weight is above 1kg. This is necessary because many couriers have restrictions on the total volume of paint they will accept in one shipment. So to accommodate this, our shipping options have to change when an order’s total weight is above 1kg.

Please note that we operate an additional handling time of 1-2 working days to pick & pack your order, so please add this to the delivery times below when working out how long it may take to receive your order.

You can check the status of an order on the “Orders” page of your Account login area, or if you have not created an account with us you can still check the status of your order on the “Track Your Order” page. Here you will be able to see all the information about your order including tracking information if applicable.

For orders shipped outside of the UK and Europe, shipping is split in to two “World Zones”…

World Zone 1: USA, Canada, and all other countries not listed in World Zone 2 below.

World Zone 2: Australia, Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean), Cocos Islands, Cook Island, Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, New Zealand, New Zealand Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People’s Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa.
